What I built
An AI receptionist on Retell AI that answers 24/7, covers hours, pricing and service areas, collects caller details, books appointments and transfers urgent calls to the owner. After every call, a webhook built on Google Apps Script emails the owner a clean summary.
Outcome
A ready-to-sell receptionist offer with a working demo line, tuned through test calls for a natural, on-brand voice.
